What a simply beautiful item! Full of agricultural history, this very old thresher would originally have been harnessed to a donkey and then walked across sheaves of grain to break them up.
Featuring a timber sled-like base with stone chips embedded across it, it is seriously heavy and seriously impressive. 
It makes phenomenal decorative piece, rustic, grunty, yet somehow gorgeous in its utility.
