If you receive an item and you are not 100% happy with it or have changed your mind, you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Just make sure that the product/s are in original condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging as it was sent to you.
For full price items, we will either provide a refund or exchange.
For sale or discounted promotional purchases, we can offer an exchange or store credit to be used at a later date.
We cannot accept unused goods in damaged or missing packaging unless they are faulty.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for a courier pick up and full replacement of the goods. Please email us for instructions.
