Ruanui Station throws are 100% New Zealand made from start to finish. The sheep are farmed and shorn at Ruanui Station near Taihape, just as they have been for three generations. The lambs wool then journeys to Hawkes Bay for scouring, Wellington to be spun, and Auckland to be woven into luxuriously soft blankets.

Made from incredibly fine, luxuriously soft lambs wool that is grown exclusively at Ruanui Station in the Central North Island of New Zealand. The colours take their names directly from the paddocks at Ruanui Station, connecting the beautiful final product back to the stunning land from which it came.

The inner is covered in a light weight cotton mix and filled with high grade crimped NZ wool knops. These are an ethical and sustainable alternative to feather filled inners that will keep your cushion beautifully plump with a comfortable feel. Care for the cushion by dry-cleaning it, as this is the safest and gentlest option. Alternatively, you can hand wash it with a wool-safe detergent.
