French WW1 Poster - 1916

Such a unique piece of history. WW1 era poster encouraging the French public to support the war effort by investing in Government bonds by Alcide Robaudy (1850 - 1928), showing people bringing money to the feet of Marianne, a symbol of France. 


In fair vintage condition, please note some tearing damage to the edges of the paper as depicted in the photos. 


Currently housed in a simple Perspex frame.
